RETURN POLICY

Da Boss Boutique does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or transfers on purchases.

EXCEPTION: If an issue occurs due to an error or fault on the part of Da Boss Boutique, customers may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be considered, the Return/Issue Contact Form must be completed within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after the 24-hour period may not be accepted.

All approved refunds or exchanges are subject to review and approval by Da Boss Boutique.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED OUTSIDE OF THIS EXCEPTION.
